Tony is a USAF Veteran. He is a business and engineering executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in technology-focused organizations serving in various roles, including CEO, President, COO, CTO, Executive VP, and Director of Engineering. He’s founded and led multiple national and international startups; and offers experience working in Federal, Financial, and Energy sectors, helping clients redesign their business models and achieve transformation goals.
In recent years, he has focused on helping large organizations successfully traverse the complexities of enterprise-level transformations to achieve organizational strategic benefits and value using Strategy Management, Business Architecture, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Program Management, Project Management, Value Stream Management, Organizational Change Management, Lean, Agile, and other empirical frameworks. The heart of Tony’s approach is customer value creation, “having skin in the game”, and building trust with stakeholders across the organization.

Yuliya has two master’s and a doctoral degree in behavior science and over 20 years of business experience. She uses an integrated Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management approach grounded in evidence-based research to facilitate large-scale transformations and behavioral change at scale. She is an accomplished Organizational Effectiveness Expert, Researcher, Program Evaluator, and Leadership Consultant offering skills in Organizational Design, Performance Management, Change Management, Cultural and Behavioral Assessments, Succession Planning and Talent Development, Leadership Training, Coaching, Program Development and Evaluation, Product Management, Portfolio, Program and Project Management, and Quantitative/Qualitative Research Methodologies.

James is a USAF Veteran. He is a Distinguished Enterprise Architect with two doctoral degrees and over 30 years of experience transforming IT landscapes across defense, healthcare, and federal sectors. He is a trusted advisor renowned for his strategic vision. He is the author of the Aiken Unifying Enterprise Architecture Framework, which has been copyrighted (VAu-1-170-under the current working title of, DETERMINING AN EFFECTIVE ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE FRAMEWORK FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. His framework integrates the best practices of leading frameworks (DoDAF, FEAF, TOGAF, and Zachman) with quality systems management and Cloud Architecture to unify disparate technical, physical, and business models across enterprises.
In his extensive career, he has provided subject matter expertise to senior leadership in organizations such as the Office of the Deputy Chief Information Officer, Special Access Programs Information Technology, and the Director of the Enterprise Architect and Capabilities Office (EACO). He has held pivotal roles including Chief Engineer and Architect at the SAIC Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, where he enhanced the user experience through innovative IT solutions, and Chief Cloud Architect for the Army CIO HQDA Enterprise Cloud Management Office. Additionally, he contributed as Chief Architect to develop the Joint Lessons Learned Information System for the DoD Joint Chief of Staff and co-authored the Army CIO Zero Trust Reference and Infrastructure Architectures. His leadership in modernizing the Military Health System’s IT infrastructure and managing multi-billion-dollar investment portfolios further underscores his expertise in architecting secure, transformative enterprise environments.
