What is The Black Box of Execution (BBOE)?

The BBOE framework integrates strategic formulation, execution, and management to help organizations meet their transformation objectives and goals. BBOE includes three levers that are critical for meeting transformation goals - Value Validation, Value Delivery, and Foundational. BBOE provides what is missing from many frameworks - the "How" of transformation and the means to measure progress.
